Location was great within walking distance to everything. The room was small, clean, had a balcony and was close to everything, no real kitchen facilities, and you have to use the bathroom to fill the jug (no sink) that sat on a cabinet that had the fridge inside so we used the coffee shop just down the street. Two spas that looked nice, but we sadly did not get time to use.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 3 nights which was very spacious.The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We didnt get a chance to use their pool facility but it looked really nice. The location cant get any better as its right in the centre. We hardly used our car as the beach, cafes, shops etc are all walking distance. We would stay here again when we are back in port macquarie. Thank you for having us.

Staying at this place for 5 nights in a three bedroom apartment and if I had known we need to get our own toilet paper after the first day we WOULD NOT have booked this place. Asked for extra towels as I have kids and was told I need to wash towels already in the rooms and use those as they don't provide extra towels. Asked for rooms to be cleaned and they don't do that too everyday. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! Our first day and I'm hating this place so much already. Trying telling the front desk and you can tell they don't care what so ever. What a bad start and it's our first time in Port Macquarie as well as a family :( I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN. AND I WILL MAKE SURE FAMILIES AND FRIENDS DONT TOO!!!!!
